All Sales are final with no refunds on open items. Perishable item (fruits and vegetables) sales are final with no refund or exchanges. Exchanges are welcome on non open items, but must be made within 48 hours and must be accompanied with an official receipt. In the event that items were purchased expired only then will a refund or exchange be credited. E's Pilipino is not responsible for damaged, or faulty items. Items should be inspected before purchasing.
All phonecard sales are final with no refunds. Exchanges are permitted on non scratched phonecards only.
All electornics purchased from E's Pilipino Market are inspected before purchase. Therefore, E's Pilipino Market will not be held accountable for faulty electronics. Electoronics are warrantied by the make or manufacturer only. Refunds on electronics must be made within 15 days of official receipt date unopened and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
